Ingredients:
200 g red lentils
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chili powder
5–6 dried curry leaves
400 ml coconut milk
Salt to taste
Preparation: Fry onion and garlic with curry leaves, add spices, lentils and coconut milk. Cook until lentils are soft. The result is an aromatic, rich and healthy dish with an authentic South Indian feel.
