🐑 Spice mix for lamb – Mediterranean-inspired flavor
Our own carefully blended, aromatic spice blend that gives lamb an authentic southern flavor and an attractive reddish hue .
This mixture is ideal for:

💡 Tip : Rub the meat with the mixture and olive oil, leave to marinate for a few hours or overnight - the result will be juicy, aromatic and truly Mediterranean .
RECIPE
🍲 Mediterranean-style lamb stew with vegetables
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
~600 g lamb (shoulder or ham), cut into cubes
2–3 tablespoons lamb spice mix
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, sliced
2–3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 carrot, sliced
1 bell pepper, cut into pieces
1 can of canned tomatoes (or 3–4 fresh tomatoes, peeled)
150 ml of broth (or water)
A handful of black olives (optional)
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley or basil for serving
Preparation:
Marinate the meat : Mix the lamb with the spice mixture and olive oil. Leave for 1–2 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
Heat a little oil in a pot or sauté pan, fry the onion and garlic until golden.
Add the lamb and brown on all sides.
Add carrots, peppers, tomatoes and stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, for ~1.5 hours, until the meat is tender. Add more liquid if necessary.
At the end, add olives, a little salt and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
