Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce is a fragrant, slightly spicy and rich sauce that is an integral part of Asian cuisine. It is ideal for marinating, grilling, stewing and vegetable dishes , giving them an intense, sweet-spicy aroma.

RECIPE
Hoisin chicken wok with vegetables
Ingredients:
300 g chicken fillet, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated
1–2 tablespoons oil for frying
Preparation:
Heat a wok or large frying pan with oil.
Add garlic and ginger, fry for 30 seconds until aromatic.
Add the chicken pieces and fry until they turn golden brown.
Add onions and peppers, stir for 2–3 minutes.
Add Hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well and heat for another 1–2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
