Natural meat tenderizer with papaya
Our natural meat tenderizer is made with just three ingredients: salt, sugar and dried green papaya juice . It's an all-natural solution to making your meat softer, juicier and easier to enjoy.
Green papaya contains a natural enzyme called papain , which can break down meat fibers and break down collagen , the protein that makes meat tough and tough. As a result, the meat becomes more tender, cooks faster, and retains more juiciness.

Application:

Dosage ratio:
10 g of meat tenderizer per 1 kg of meat.
Apply and leave to marinate for at least 30-60 minutes before baking, grilling or braising.
Tip:
Don't use too much tenderizer and don't marinate the meat – papain is very active, so a short exposure is enough to make the meat extra tender and juicy.
