Our own hand-mixed spice blend is created especially for poultry and pork shashlik , where the balance of flavor is in your hands – because this blend is salt-free !
🌿 Juniper berries give a light, smoky note,
🌶️ allspice and coriander bring a warming aroma,
🌱 but the bouquet of greens gives the flavor perfection - one that makes every bite unforgettable.🔪 The preparation is simple but effective:
Rub the meat with the mixture
Add as much salt as you like.
Pour over the oil, add a little vinegar or lemon juice
Leave to marinate overnight.
Grill or bake in the oven on grill mode until golden brown.

🥩 Shashlik recipe with our salt-free spice mix
Ingredients (for 4–5 servings):
1 kg pork or chicken thigh fillets
2 tablespoons of spice mix (without salt)
1–1.5 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
3–4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1–2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
1–2 onions, cut into rings
Optional – 1 teaspoon honey or mustard for sweetness
🧑🍳 Preparation:
Cut the meat into 4–5 cm pieces.
Rub with the spice mixture , add salt, oil, vinegar and chopped onions.
If you like, add a little honey or mustard for a smooth texture and a slight sweet note.
Mix everything and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.
It is advisable to remove the meat from the refrigerator 30 minutes before frying so that it can warm to room temperature.
Cook on the grill , in a pan, or in the oven on grill mode until the meat is golden brown and juicy.

Serve with fresh vegetables, a light yogurt sauce, or simply with delicious lavash.
