When the fish starts to sizzle on the pan or grill, you know the time is right. And with our “Sizzling Trout” seasoning blend , this moment becomes not only delicious, but unforgettable .
For over 30 years, our patented recipe has been a favorite among many housewives and chefs. A delicately balanced blend of herbs – with dill, parsley, garlic, paprika, onions and a rich fish stock – brings out the natural flavor of the fish without overwhelming it.
Ideal for:
fried trout, salmon, pike-perch or cod,
Grilling, stewing, boiling – it fits into any way of preparing fish .
🐟 Recipe suggestion: Oven-baked trout with “Sizzling trout”
Required:
2 medium-sized fresh trout
2 tsp. “Sizzling Trout” spice mix
1 lemon (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary
Preparation:
Wash and dry the trout, make small incisions in the fish's skin.
Rub the trout with the spice mixture both on the outside and inside.
Place lemon slices in the belly and, if you wish, some greens.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Place on baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for ~20–25 minutes (depending on the size of the fish), until the skin is crispy and the fish easily separates from the bones.
The result: Fish with a rich, aromatic flavor and a golden, crispy crust – simple but brilliant .
