"Virginia" is a sophisticated spice blend created by our trusted and long-standing partners in Germany. The combination of carefully selected, high-quality ingredients – red paprika, black pepper, mustard seeds, onions, parsley, oregano and cumin – gives the meat a rich, juicy and expressive flavor.
Perfect for marinating steaks, but also great for other grilled dishes – from pork to vegetables. This blend helps bring out the natural flavors of the food, giving it an aromatic spiciness and a pleasant depth of flavor.

🥩 Recipe: Classic "Virginia" Steak
Ingredients:
2 beef steaks (ribeye or entrecôte)
1–2 tbsp. Virginia spice mix
2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation:
Sprinkle the steaks with the "Virginia" spice blend and rub it into the meat along with the olive oil.
Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes (even better – 2 hours in the refrigerator).
Cook on a heated grill or pan for 3-5 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the steak and desired doneness).
Allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with grilled vegetables or crispy potatoes. The perfect meal for any season!
🍗 Recipe: "Virginia" marinade for chicken
Ingredients:
500 g chicken fillet, ham or wings
2 tbsp. Virginia spice mix
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional – for a sweet accent)
1–2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Pinch of salt (if needed)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to create a smooth marinade.
Place the chicken pieces in the marinade and toss thoroughly so they are completely coated.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (even better, overnight).
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~25–30 minutes or grill until golden brown.
Serve with fresh salad, couscous, or grilled vegetables – a perfect meal for both everyday and parties!
