Our own mixed spice blend for marinating various types of meat.
Various herbs and vegetables mixed into the mixture will make the meat marinade especially rich. Thyme, garlic and dill - especially suitable for pork shashlik.
Make a marinade with a spice blend, olive oil, or Greek yogurt. Dip the meat in it and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
Or rub it on meat before frying or grilling. This blend is finer than our other meat seasoning blends, so it can also be added while frying in a pan.
