🥒 Recipe suggestion: Pickled cucumbers with tarragon
Ingredients:
1 kg of small cucumbers
500 ml of water
500 ml of 6% vinegar
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2 garlic cloves
1–2 tsp dried tarragon
Optional: mustard seeds, pepper, dill
Preparation:
Prepare the cucumbers – wash them and, if desired, trim the ends.
Boil the marinade from water, vinegar, salt and sugar.
Place the cucumbers in sterilized jars along with tarragon, garlic, and other seasonings.
Pour over the hot marinade, cover and turn upside down until cool.
Store in a cool place. After 1–2 weeks, the cucumbers will be ready!
