Smoke flavor “Try Me” – authentic grilled taste anytime
The story began in the 1960s, when James Wright experimented with various sauces based on aged cayenne pepper at the Old Try Me Spice House in Tennessee. One of his creations was Tiger Sauce, a blend of 28 carefully selected spices and seasonings. In 1979, Fred Hafer purchased the recipe, founded Gourmet Food Company Inc. , and successfully introduced the flavor to the U.S. market. Over time, other products emerged that define authentic Southern American cuisine.
This liquid, concentrated smoke extract is designed to give foods a rich, charcoal-grilled flavor. Even in a kitchen without a grill, it can give the impression of charcoal-grilled or smoked food.
Ingredients: water, RokArom – a natural liquid smoke extract obtained by condensing wood smoke and purifying it of soot and tar to preserve a pure and concentrated aroma.
For use:
in meat, fish and poultry marinades,
grilled vegetables,
in sauces, soups and BBQ dishes to enhance flavor.
A few drops are enough to make the taste expressive and rich.
