🥕 Vegan carrot salmon with liquid smoke
Ingredients:
2–3 large carrots
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
Fresh dill (optional)
Preparation:
Peel the carrots and cut them into long, thin strips with a vegetable peeler.
Cook the carrot strips by steaming or briefly in hot water (1–2 min), then cool.
Mix all the sauce ingredients and marinate the carrots.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to let the flavors infuse.
