The health benefits of green tea have been extensively studied in recent years. The results show that the tea effectively protects against various diseases and improves the physical condition of the body. It is not for nothing that since the beginning of Matcha, this tea has been called the "elixir of immortality".
Matcha is a Japanese ceremonial tea. The tea is very easy and quick to prepare, it is powdered, it does not need to be steeped. The tea can be consumed both cold and hot.

EASY TO MAKE MATCHA LATTE WITH COCONUT OIL
Required:
- ¼ - ½ tsp Matcha green tea powder
- ½ - 1 tbsp maple or date syrup
- 250 ml almond milk
- ½-1 tsp coconut oil
Heat the milk (but do not boil it). Instead of almond milk, you can use any other milk that you use every day. Pour matcha tea powder into a mug. If you want the drink to be “airier”, then sift the powder through a sieve, then add 65ml of warm water. Whisk thoroughly with a special bamboo whisk (CHASEN) until foam appears. If you do not have such a whisk at home, then a blender whisk or kitchen utensils such as a spoon and fork will come in handy. Add syrup and coconut oil to the almond milk. Also whisk the milk with the appropriate utensils. Pour the resulting mass into a mug containing the whipped Matcha. The drink is intended for immediate drinking.
